The Annual General Meeting of SGL Carbon SE will take place on Thursday,  May 23, 2024 at 10 a.m CEST as a virtual Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders who have duly registered for the Annual General Meeting and provided the Company with verification of their share ownership have, in particular, access to the password-protected AGM Internet-Service-Portal here. You will receive the necessary login details on your registration confirmation.

In this Portal, the General Meeting can be followed via live stream. In addition, shareholders can - by using this AGM Internet-Service-Portal - exercise their voting rights. Shareholders can also exercise further rights via the Portal, in particular their right to ask questions and speak at this year's Annual General Meeting in accordance with the provisions and explanations set out in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting
