SIGRAFLEX® graphite foils and laminated sheets are the first choice for a wide range of high-temperature applications in the heat treatment industry.

For example, owing to its excellent properties, SIGRAFLEX® is ideally suited for electrical heating elements and insulation in vacuum and inert gas furnaces.

* When stored in a humid place, SIGRAFLEX® sheets may accumulate traces of moisture between the sheet layers. If the sheets are suddenly heated up, escaping steam causes bubbles to be formed on the surface or even delamination of the SIGRAFLEX® sheet. For thermal applications, we supply SIGRAFLEX® sheets with small holes to allow the gas to escape. As a general principle, SIGRAFLEX® foils and sheets should be stored in a dry place.
