SGL Group's Graphite Technology Center in Bonn

About 10 years ago, SGL Group established a Graphite Technology Center in Bonn (Germany). Its aim was and still is to demonstrate the graphite's advantages as an electrode material, and also to improve customer communication and service provision.
In numerous workshops, we showed our customers how to use the right cutting parameters and milling strategies to significantly reduce their tool costs and milling times by up to 30 %.
Our aim is to supply our customers not only with graphite materials of consistently high quality, but also with milling expertise that enables them to create real added value.
